Jaye Richards spent more than three decades in law enforcement, serving with a Southern California police department, sheriff’s office, and county probation department. Nearly twenty of those years were spent in investigations, interviewing victims, building cases, and sitting across from people who believed they would never be held accountable for what they had done.
